I got to see him once around 73 or 74 at the Empire Pool Wembly. He was long way away, but a great show.

We took the Eurostar to #Brussels last week for a short break.
The impressive Brussels gothic Town Hall (Stadhuis or Hôtel de Ville) Ornate room with tapestries in Brussels Town Hall. The Atomium in Brussels a massive structure of steel balls and tubes in the shape of an atom. One can go inside for a psychedelic lightshow. The Grand Place in Brussels with the ornate building flood lit.

On a trip to #Brussels last week I visited the fascinating Musical Instrument Museum. 4 floors with all sorts of instruments, ancient and modern.

The elaborate exterior of the Musical Instrument Museum in Brussels. Various hummels and eppinetts, ancient stringed instruments that would evolve into the Appalachian Dulcimer Eppinetts, ancient European stringed instruments that would evolve into the Appalachian dulcimer. Geigenwerk a curious keyboard instrument where the sound is generated by wheels scraping the strings. It needed two players on to play the keys and the other to rotate the wheels.
