Probably the most I have would be by Miles Davis and Tangerine Dream - I have a plethora of live recordings by the latter, along with the majority of their studio releases...
Two well produced top albums as 1st choices re CDs. I'd been an Eno fan since he was in Roxy Music in 72/73 and had all his LPs but "Thursday Afternoon" was recorded to be issued on CD as it was one 61 minute long piece. So, of course I also had to buy a CD player to listen to it. Never looked back!

Hi Rockette. Your arithmetic is correct. However, I’m sure I have very, very many CDs I’ve not played for much longer than 9 years! My first CD was “Thursday Afternoon” by Brian Eno, which I bought around about this time 40 years ago… I last played it around a week and a half ago… Here it is!
It's a wonderful source of pleasure, relaxation and, of course, hard work and, occasionally, food. I tend to avoid one of those...
Ah yes - one of the Exec Producer's favourite pastimes! She loves the garden and working in it. I like to look at it LOL
