I made this tonight and served it over lo mein noodles; it uses few, cheap ingredients, makes a ton of food, and is delicious.
And if you don’t have a slow cooker just cook it in a dutch oven, lid on, in the oven at 350 F for 1 hr 45 min

I’ve signed the lease so it’s make or break time.. not been much movement for awhile so please share if possible I want to move without my medical budget getting effected 🙏❤️🩹
