Instructions:
In a bowl, crush about 2 cups of corn flakes and mix with 1 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of molasses.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
*I included evaporated milk, oil & red pepper flakes.
