I don't think UGA has the single best stadium, single best atmosphere or single best tailgating scene, but all three are pretty good and when you put them together, it's very hard to beat. Tremendous place to watch a college football game.

No it isn't. LBW with the naked eye is a judgment call. But it's objective of and in itself, it's either hitting/missing, outside the line, outside leg, or hit the bat. So the tech can tell you what an umpire can't. Football - goalines, offsides are. But every foul has an inbuilt subjectivity.
