College students who famously live off champagne and foie gras… clearly an untapped source of billions.
There’s certainly “journalists” working for the Guardian and The Age who consistently platform and amplify trans vilification and trans hate activists.
It’s not worse, but choosing one trans hostile country after another… is a choice. I’m a York alum and I love the city … but the UK is openly and actively hostile to trans people.
That location is a pretty clear sign they want a lot of people not to attend.
And indeed often the surviving documentation is very incomplete even at that… and in Europe many records were destroyed at some point.
Mamdani has made a video about trans rights … so what’s your point?
Nothing you have reported a percentage. Come back when you got one with evidence.
Based on what data? You seem not to understand the difference between evidence and impression.
You didn’t answer the question; you swapped it for one you had rather I asked. Any polls you want to point to? I’m not sure surprisingly is the right word, for a variety of reasons.
lol I’m just calling out that you’re denying the very thinking borne out clearly in every post. Your posts are transphobic and like any weak kneed compromiser you lash out rather than trying harder.
Do you wanna be clear about what proportion of the working class is immigrant? Transgender isn’t a product of neoliberal identify politics either. As elsewhere you’re making false dichotomies.
You again are entirely misrepresenting my critique. You’re also explicitly all over the place attacking people who you call trans zealots. Quit trying to hide that tenet of your argument. Nice ad hominem again : amazing how you never do it but it’s always there.
But you can be materialist about something undefined. You’re claiming nuts and bolts about a foe you cannot and will not define. This reads more like a grievance about neglect by dem leadership in favour of a group; but you are badly misdiagnosing the problem if that’s what your concern is.
So why pin this specifically on trans rights issues? I don’t think the trans community’s experience is at all what you seem to imagine it to be: met with uncritical and zealous support, by the sound of it. Tbc I do think people have lost the eye on the economic ball in general.
There’s plenty evidence that isn’t academic in just about any issue you can mention. However you can’t produce anything that substantiates the claims you yourself are making. As it happens, there is a fair bit of evidence around but it doesn’t support your argument well. Your beloved graph doesn’t.
You understand that your argument is fundamentally that something, which apparently you can’t define, exists because you say it does, is literally a case of circular argument?
That’s policies not ideology… what’s the ideology and what’s your evidence for it? Policies can be arrived at from multiple ideologies.
Still no evidence : you do understand what evidence is?
You’ve provided no evidence to support any of that. I might have thought a rational point would be how broken the current economics are might just be uncorrelated with anything to do with trans issues.
You still can’t define what that agenda is ideologically; so this is meaningless.
And your evidence for any of this is what?
That graph still does not evidence anything you say.
You’re the one claiming these things. I’m not disagreeing with the details / the entire premise is the problem.
