after months of focus on Biden’s autopen pardons:
O'DONNELL: Why did you pardon Changpeng Zhao?

TRUMP: Are you ready? I don't know who he is

O'DONNELL: His crypto exchange Binance helped facilitate a $2b purchase of World Liberty Financial's stablecoin. And they you pardoned him.

TRUMP: Here's the thing -- I know nothing about it
So either he does know and he declassified intel on tv

Or he's full of shit.

So MAGAs which is he?

Traitor or liar??
O'DONNELL: But the only country that's testing nuclear weapons is North Korea

TRUMP: No. Russia is testing nuclear weapons. And China is testing them too, you just don't know about it.

O'DONNELL: That would certainly be very newsworthy

The US right is currently losing its shit saying Corbyn doing a phone bank for Mamdani is foreign interference.

Also the US right:

it’s a year ago today my pal Janey died, there’s not a day goes by I don’t think of her. Miss you, pal
Wealth hoarder believes Lord of the Rings is normal life in Ireland and UK.

He thinks orcs come and rape and pillage our quaint farming communities.

He should be taxed out of existence.
Elon Musk, "These lovely small towns in England, Scotland and Ireland, they've been living their lives quietly. They're like hobbits"

"And so one day, 1,000 people show up in your village of 500 and start raping the kids"

"This has now happened, God knows how many times in Britain"
If Trump goes for a third term, Obama should run against him.
Obama: "The weird videos of a US president with a crown on his head flying a fighter jet & dumping poop on American citizens - that's not even worth booing about. Because all of that is a distraction from the fact that your situation, your life has not gotten better. They do it so you won't notice"

Have blackouts whenever it rains or the wind is above 5mph, but there have been decades of NIMBY objections to needed infrastructure - now there is thinly veiled threats of violence and vandalism to works.

Pathetic www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

And no, it cannae be under grounded, thats insane.
North-south interconnector: Developers 'walking over the will of the people'
A County Armagh resident says people remain opposed to the decades-delayed north-south interconnector.

Kinda make sense to make McD eat the final Tua year even if a new GM wants a clean slate.
Any new GM will know 26 is a bust year, arrange the cap and prepare for 27's rebuild once Tua'w hit is more manageable.

Makes being a dolphin dire for at least 3 years. (Again)
The irish red card was quite something and now Scottish football has said "hold me beer" as "penalty rangers" makes an appearance for the ball striking a falling celtic player on the arm he unfortunately didn't eat before it touched the ball.
At least many will now understand the muck they threw at snp's civic nationalism accusing them falsely of this kind of blood and soil racist nationalism.

Because they know nor understand any other form.

British unionism is exceptionalism cosplaying as patriotism.
He’s not really trying to hide it. It’s open, unapologetic racism; let’s be plain about it.

MoN to sub on and score a winner?
Jeremy Vine is consistently wrong about everything, way back when i pointed out his "inaccuracies" about indyref ge blocked me.
He has descended further into falsehoods and fake equivalence since. That the bbc still employs him shows their disregard for truth and honesty.
Jeremy Vine, "Andrew Windsor has been buried alive.. They want him humiliated"

No he hasn't. He was accused of raping a child three times and for that:

➡️ Victim received £12 million
➡️ Andrew is moving from one big house to another
➡️ Andrew getting 6 figure £ from the King

Anyone who will lie unapologetically about mass violent attacks to push their own profile and political cause is beneath contempt.

There’s no need to book such people, to platform them, or to listen to them. That’s not because of their politics, or their views: it’s because of their dishonesty.
Matt Goodwin attributes a crime that he now knows appears to have been committed by people born in Britain in the early 1990s to "mass uncontrolled immigration"

A view that I only ever see expressed on Bluesky and have never once heard from an actual Labour MP.

What a load of nonsense. It is just the (rightwing) media out for blood because it believes it sells papers. Whether you like Keir Starmer or not, at least he is a grown up who behaves himself both at home and abroad. It is rather refreshing actually.

Productivity change 2010-18 and 2019-24.

Look how N Ireland benefits from the deal denied to Scotland, when we voted even more overwhelmingly for Remain.
As for this, very interesting statistics at both ends of the table.

Ends

Some other info and it’s worth people in England looking at devolved government with fixed budgets and asking why they can improve life for their residents but Westminster won’t in England
Hard to get going after such a bad call.

With 14 at that level always going to be a matter of time until you can't cover that missing 15th.

Deserve massive credit for keeping score to what it was.

But it was still the worst call in a long time and destroyed the game as a contest.

A good example of what I was talking about in last week's post about the right and the fading memory of WW2.

A huge Irish performance ruined by possibly one of the worst officiating decisions ever recorded in professional sports.

Highlighting the huge problems in Rugby Union with officials and their subjective implementation of laws of the game.

Should have been a highlight was a instead a disgrace.

Rugby has a lot of major officiating problems but even so, the irish red card is the worst official decision of any sport of all time.

Utterly indefensible reffing.
