Normally I am not one who uses the box office to measure a movie's quality (I mean The Rise of Skywalker earned 1 billion), but it implies that furries are even more dedicated than theater kids to seeing movies multiple times.
Zootopia 2 was actually amazing though, so I'd recommend seeing it! :3

The fact there's an actual movement to "bring back bullying" is legitimately insane.
Anyone who seriously values bullying or sees it as some sort of neutral force (or gods forbid) a societally-benefical tool REALLY needs to be heavily questioned and some form of intervention.

“Bullying” is bad by definition. It’s not a value neutral tool to be deployed positively toward good ends. It’s so fucked up that people want so badly to reclaim this thing, and are so eager to do it that they want to brand things that aren’t bullying as bullying.
"Some people deserve to be bullied" is always wild to see because it's so deliberately childish as to make it difficult to imagine the person saying it has the moral capacity of an adult human being.

I agree that the chances AI gets "wiped out" are essentially 0 but I choose to remain in hope that we can get to a place where its harms are criminalized and its users, outside of the research stuff that's more ML than generative AI, are stigmatized as losers
Like yeah I'm sure the people saying "the left will polarize against AI and wipe it out!" are high on their own supply and not worth taking seriously. But that also doesn't incentivize me to be pro-AI. My beliefs and preferences are not contingent on whether I think society at large will back me up.

My own Star Wars EU hot take is that Dark Empire is massively overhated and isn't anywhere near as bad as people think it was.
Yeah "somehow Palpatine returned" but it was handled far better than in TROS, and Luke had massive character growth.

29. The Thrawn trilogy is not anywhere close to as good as you remember. But it did come at a time where there was nothing else really going on in Star Wars, and opened up the possibilities of what a Star Wars story could be.
