In other news, I am still occasionally finding myself wondering why we need to avoid “diluting” the term roguelike any further and what would happen if we did and none of it makes any sense to me at all, a person who has met human beings.
as the article rightly points out, it was as broad and wild and catch-all from the off, nobody can dilute it further than it already was from the off. And frankly, what is going to even happen if someone did manage that impossible task? Six people on Reddit have a little argument online?
