I didn't reply, but I kind of snapped. We're all adults, ffs, or so I thought. So I told Sarah what had happened, and she immediately told Will. He then posted in our group chat, calling Tim out. Tim tried to deny everything and called me a liar and various other names. I was pissed, so I linked the receipts, not wanting people to see his junk if they didn't want to. Then Tim started cussing me out in our private messages, so I took screenshots of his replies and blocked him. Will, Sam, and Tim have all been friends since high school, and Sam and Tim work together, so I was almost certain I'd be dumped from the group after that, despite everything. However, Will kicked Tim from the group and apologised even though it wasn't his fault.

Sam didn't reply at all to our group chat, but I heard from Sarah that he went off at Tim the next day during their lunch break. A few of his coworkers heard what had happened, and now Tim is getting the piss taken out of him at his job.

I feel kind of conflicted about the whole thing. I'm totally grossed out by what happened with Tim, but I wonder if I went too far sharing the screenshots of his dick pic with the group. It feels crazy because if I heard this story told by someone else, I'd be like heck yeah! But being so close to this doesn't feel very good, tbh. I also kind of feel bad for causing a rift between Will, Sam, and Tim and causing him problems at his job. Idk, it's kinda messing with my head a bit.

I'm also feeling kind of anxious about going back to our DnD group this week even though I know Tim won't be there. Sarah is bribing me with my favourite ice cream, so I'll give it a shot; my friend knows how to draw me out of hiding at least.

One cannot help but wonder if the Curia will go the same way so many other bodies politic have in response to a liberal leader. That is to say, can we expect the next pope to be an arch-conservative? Even if Francis softened the College of Cardinals, alliances can be awfully powerful.
