Does anyone know what benefit scammers have from sending "forgot password" requests to accounts they don't own or have emails for?
Example: I have an account on Website, scammer has my username, but not the password, so does "I forgot my password", which sends me the email to reset it if I want to.

I know so many great people who are doing so much. If you are isolated from people who are trying their best, I can understand feeling like no one's doing anything, but really, you just need to find the people who are trying and try with them — or maybe encourage some new folks to try alongside you.

I have to assume that a lot of these parents have never had to be genuinely afraid for their children’s lives, because that is something that changes you on a fundamental level. And that’s just not a state of affairs that was possible any time before vaccines, when HALF of kids didn’t grow up
