AW-right so 9 month Rider experiment halted in favour of VS26 and I gotta say that I had forgotten to what extent inline editor windows are critical to my workflow, and I didn't realize how much I missed them until I started fucking around with them again and being reminded just how cute they are

And this is exactly why "code that works" is not necessarily good code. Good code can be read. Expect it to be read by smart and creative people who probably have better things to do than figure out what x means in this context and what grftxtbndcf means in another.
