I played Jak&Daxter late, when the HD version appeared, and I enjoyed it A LOT.
I then went straight ahead to Jak II and lost interest because while spectacular, it feels like they were trying to chase every trend at the same time with the edgy futurey firearm vehicle minimap combo.

I'd say less than 10% of Assassin's Creed (2008) is playable without the minimap, the bits that are, I enjoyed thousandfold.

The drop shadow gets cut at the edges of the PNG and somebody must've known, in pain, that it got released like that.
