I’m from Chicago. This is NOT a condo. It’s a cooperative. Those fees include the taxes and all the utilities. Plus, importantly, building reserves for a 100 year old masonry building that sits on the water

First speaker says the small buildings on Broadway "make Chicago chicago" and are threatened by the zoning change.

1/2 I have never once been to Rosehill Cemetery & found the May Chapel open & empty. Until yesterday.
