He was large, filled with blood, put me in a lot of pain, kept coming back but was ultimately benign… it kind of made me wonder… was Big my corpus luteum cyst?

Now I have pain meds and a strict bed rest order so the SATC updates will be coming in fast and furious

So late Monday night I went to the ER with sudden horrible abdominal pain, which turned into nausea… they put me on morphine (a first) and I got a CT scan while on morphine (also a first!) and turns out I had a ruptured ovarian cyst! Just like Miley Cyrus

Ok thank GOD they broke up but damn — Carrie really is the kind of girl who finally decides to confess she’s been cheating to her boyfriend and have a big messy emotional breakup on her friend’s LITERAL WEDDING DAY

S3E12. I have to assume the music on this emotional wood shop scene is Aiden’s Official Theme in the SATC original score — porno music for Ewoks

One Star Review of Waiting for Godot on Broadway
I recently attended Waiting for Godot on Broadway and spent over $1,400 for two Row C seats (103 and 104). I'm a longtime admirer of Broadway productions and even hold a season pass for Shea's Performing Arts Theatre, so I came in with genuine enthusiasm and high expectations. Unfortunately, this show was unlike anything ! have ever experienced —and not in a good way.
What I encountered was not the artistry, music, or emotional storytelling I usually associate with Broadway, but instead what felt like an endless cycle of nonsensical conversation between characters who seemed trapped in their own madness. I tried-truly tried-to find meaning, symbolism, or even a thread of emotional resonance. I stayed through the first half hoping the second would offer clarity. But by intermission, it was clear: this was a waste of both time and money.
Keanu Reeves is an actor I respect greatly, but I cannot fathom why he would agree to participate in such a disjointed, inaccessible production. His talent was lost in a performance that defied reason rather than provoked insight.
To anyone considering attending: unless you are drawn to highly abstract, nearly incomprehensible theater, I strongly caution you against this show. For the average, educated, thoughtful theatergoer, it is far more frustrating than fulfilling. In my opinion, this was the single most disappointing Broadway experience I've ever had - an unfortunate waste of money and, more importantly, of time.

every time you read a story about how no-strings-attached direct payments to vulnerable, marginalized or otherwise needy people are a big net profit to the society disbursing them, and you ask "why doesn't america do that?", please know that this is the answer why

conservatives like to cite the 99% conviction rate japan has as proof that america is too woke on criminality, but the united states would also have a conviction rate above 99% if it were measured like japan's.

no, the issue is a broader need to leave behind those we deem too unfortunate to save

On balance I am Taylor agnostic — I find her to be objectively talented and insufferable with at least two Great Albums under her belt — but yesterday I was getting my nails done and they played both “Welcome to New York” and “ME!” In the 2 hours I was in the chair and I had to rethink everything

The sound of the saxophones coming in on Dirty Work is one of my favorite sounds/moments in music, and it also always gave me a real “PTA type of feeling” which I guess means something you drive and cry to in the valley at magic hour, anyway when that song hit in OBAA I gasped
