Holy shit, this administration is openly stating they will only follow legal. orders with which they agree. Will SCOTUS even care? They’re fine with the Executive Branch defying the judicial branch?
When a judge issues an order in any case, that is literally the law in that particular matter

Full stop

It can be appealed, reversed, stayed or amended-but until that happens (if it ever does), all parties MUST follow the ruling

So-Kristi Noem just admitted to contempt

There must be consequences
KARL: Did you know about the judge's order when you issued your order for the planes to continue?

KRISTI NOEM: This is an activist judge. We comply with all federal orders that are lawful and binding.

This is the most important op-ed you'll read this week. The Trump administration is about to get rid of the birth-dose of hepatitis B vaccine. That is a deadly choice for many families. @helenouyang.bsky.social tells her story. Now call your member of Congress. www.nytimes.com/2025/12/01/o...

You won't see Democrats putting Venezuelan flags in their profile next to the Ukrainian flags because they agree with Trump in ending the sovereignty of socialist nations.
Also the victims aren't white.

Please help Anna get firewood to keep herself warm.
Venmo is (@)anna-pancake, paypal.me/Starbroken and cashapp is $critterscrazy I'm "only" 192 short of getting a cord of wood brought in. I used to be able to get it cheaper because I could split and stack it myself but I've lost that ability this year. It's humbling.
Pay Anna Chrest using PayPal.Me
Go to paypal.me/starbroken and type in the amount. Since it’s PayPal, it's easy and secure. Don’t have a PayPal account? No worries.

I’ve got a friend who’s 65 y.o., lives in a mobile home home in a rural area. She has Parkinson’s and is on home Hospice. Went to visit her. She has NO HEAT, it was so cold in her home. Due to shutdown, no HEAP assistance until January. I will get her a months worth of oil. How cruel the Rs are.

This mailer being sent out in #NY17 is WILD.

All of the wording about Mike Lawler is technically accurate, but hoo-boy the design choices here are something to behold.

Definitely zoom in and read for yourself.

I can't live if living is without you. I can't give. I can't give anymore.
I'm lost without you
And there's no letting go
So let me be the first to say
I'm lost without you
… So don't ever go
Go away

Stop. The. Killing.
On Friday, our confirmed count of Russia’s war dead passed 145,000. We noted a sharp rise in the number of teenagers killed at the front, fueled by new laws allowing 18-year-olds and criminal suspects to be recruited from detention.

This is exactly correct.
Assume all the yes and no votes from Dem senators are strategic and not sincere votes. The party caucus made a decision. No way to know how many were in favor. Then the caucus decided who would vote yes and no based on what would protect each of them politically the most. That’s how this works.

My premium (for the exact same policy) will go from $730/mo to $2400/mo.

I want to know what these dems are getting in return for selling us out. Kickbacks? Bonuses? What?? Who bought their votes???

I can think of no other reason for them to fu*k over the American people like this.

The Democrats: Cotton candy to a knife fight every damn time. The electorate hands them a huge win on Tuesday only to be sold down the river on Sunday. No wonder their approval is at 18%.

The extent to which shitty centrist journalism rests on the same thing as Trump, the never-identified "some people say, everyone says" etc. including "critics say" here is a zombie move, lifeless yet vengeful.

@cornelluniversity.bsky.social will never get another dime from me. I used to donate to their debate team program because my daughter had such a good experience there, but never again.
I understand the pressures, but this is short-sighted.

But they get their grants back (for now).

Zohran Mamdani ran on freezing the rent in NYC.

Abigail Spanberger ran on supporting fired federal workers and lowering the cost of living in VA.

Mikie Sherrill ran on lowering utility bills in NJ.

Ensuring people can afford to live a decent life is the path forward.
