Boundaries for thee, not for me.
I think part of this is because, for many of us, the first "vore" content we saw wasn't made to tiltilate, but just something incidental in some cartoon/show or whatever. So we're used to taking something, separate from context, and turning it into a vore thing.

To wit: 4Kids dubs are literally what helped bring the medium to a broader American market, when the mainstream adult world wasn’t (and STILL ISN’T) willing to treat anime as anything other than toddler fodder.
