California is very expensive, and 🍊’s policies are making it worse. But all of that pales in comparison with what would happen if Mamdani makes busses free in NYC.

Trump’s 28 point peace plan is deeply dishonorable. I am truly ashamed. People have been noting that this administration “seems” to have switched sides toward Putinphilia, but this peace plan absolutely ratifies that. We have now joined the autocrats against the democracies.

Early voting begins TODAY in the #TN07 Special Election!

It is absolutely CRUCIAL that Democrats get out and vote as early as possible for @aftynbehn.bsky.social.

An early ballot is a banked ballot, and banked ballots will decide any margin of victory here.

THREAD: Judge Ellis is the first federal judge to review extensive body cam video of DHS's actions in Chicago. She finds that DHS *repeatedly* misled the public and made claims that were disproven by agents' own videos.

I'll go through some of the most egregious ones here.

Reasonable bet that this is not the only time Republicans reportedly faked attack on them to frame the opposition. It's pathetic but it feeds into their perpetual victim/grievance narrative.

NEW: Retired four-star general and flag officers have just released a paper on the critical national security need to safeguard an apolitical military. Read more about it below ⬇️
Today, we released a new paper on the urgent risks of politicizing the U.S. military. Our armed forces have remained apolitical, professional, and subordinate to civilian authority for over two centuries. That norm is under strain—and requires renewed attention. counteveryhero.org/letter_docum...

The North Carolina State Board of Elections is in chaos, and now led by people who do not believe in fair and impartial election administration.

There's only one way to overcome this kind of bias: to vote in large numbers that can't be suppressed. 📈
