This is just a FIFA PR stunt. The number of “cheaper seats” is paltry, to say the least
Don't be fooled by FIFA's PR spin to cover its tracks. The reality of the 60 USD tickets barely makes a difference.
Take England vs Croatia. Approx. 1% of the fans in the Dallas Stadium will have 60USD tickets via their NAs. That's about 800 from 70.000+. FIFA must do more.

With everything going on with ICE in this country - Im not going to Any major public events that attract crowds - & therefore attract ICE. And Im white!
I can not imagine going to something like this - when there are reports of ppl being detained - even while they have their US ID on them....
