The Path of Gold. The picture shows a beautiful male elf, with long, golden hair that glows slightly, along with gleaming golden eyes that resemble that of a lion. He wears copious amounts of necklaces and earrings, all of which show a level of extravagance. Behind him is an astral map showing the constellations. -- This picture gave me so, so much trouble. It’s not a secret that I’ve had a lot of health problems that have been piling up, and it’s taken me nearly a full year to get this picture completed. A lot of that was simply not having time in between corporate work and commissions, but a large sum of it was simply hating how it was going and not knowing the direction I wanted it to take. I have so few opportunities to finish big pieces of work that it often becomes a case of me wanting to make every piece ‘the best piece’ I’ve ever done, so it needs to have this in it, that in it, have these effects. I always think about what I think it should be, rather than what it IS. And with that mindset, it often becomes jumbled, the lighting and colouring changes midway, and I get myself befuddled and confused, especially with the brain fog and fatigue CFS causes. So I went about this one weirdly, but it is finally done, and I’m quite happy with it. I think I’ll look at it with kinder eyes in a few weeks of not seeing it. A little more lore of the boy here. We recently had it revealed that his mother is a Gold Dragon, which, in the Witcher world, can take human forms. I had no idea that particular part was coming, but Sirach has always been someone who loved jewellery, gold necklaces, bangles, charms, rings, everything. When it all clicked into place, having him literally hoarding gold became very funny, and on Monday it’s going to be addressed, which I’m looking forward to. I have a full body picture of him in the works showcasing his fashion, so I’ll hopefully be able to get onto that soon too and show y’all <3

This was such a delight to roleplay! One of the best dnd games of my entire life 🥹
Sort of Character Sheet of my original dungeons and dragons (2024) character, Naj'all Armgo, from house Barrison Del'Armgo. At the end of our game "The Wounds Once Made", he was punished by Lolth with the most dreadful of curses for a drow, to be turned into a Drider. Naj'all is a tall drow elf man, with long disheveled white hair, red eyes with black scleras and an ugly scar on his face. His jaw splits into two separate parts. His torso is attached to the bodyof a black-purplish spider with 8 spiky legs. In the top left of the image a portrait of his face, scowling at the viewer with an impassive expression. In the top right there are two Sava pieces he himself cut from onix stones. The Mother has toppled the Warrior. In the corner, a broken brooch from his former house from Menzoberranzan, Barrison Del'Armgo.
