The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

The weird music you hear in First Gundam during encounters with Lalah is a stock effect called “Bizarre 6” (most likely cooked up by SFX editor Akihiko Matsuda)
It can only be found in full on “サウン道 アニメ・恐竜・SF編 VOL.2”, a CD collection of anime sound effects overseen by Katsumi Itou of Swara Pro
