I would guess this is about the recent strongwoman controversy, but I really think transwomen should just let go of professional sports. The vast majority of professional athletes don't get to place anywhere and deal with their athletic obscurity.

I think this is completely incorrect. People who shifted to Trump mostly didn’t have any kind of specific new policy objection to Democrats. They were just immersed in a social environment where liking Trump and complaining about Biden and Dems were the consensus viewpoints.
Look, say, at the huge shift among Latinos to Trump, and then the same shift back away from him. Those people aren't "fascists" or "klansmen". They're people with specific gripes (inflation, crime, abortion, or whatnot) who convinced themselves Trump wouldn't / couldn't go full-on fascist.
