I worked in the oilfield for decades. The difference between when I started and where it is now is frightening. From rigs being 30-100 miles out to the new ones being 100’s of miles out offshore. The price of oil is only going up. It’s harder to get. The price of green energy is only going down.
Solar project give consumers cheap energy and helps control climate change to the benefit of all. The oil industry pays politicians lots of money. Guess which one wins out?
