In a huge win, we’ve protected critical legal services for survivors of sexual assault & domestic violence.

The Trump administration tried to put new, unlawful conditions on VOCA & VAWA funds. We sued, and they reversed course.

We’ll continue to fight for survivors every day.

If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

My health insurance premiums will more than double in January. I pay a little less than $500/month for my current silver plan.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

And don’t forget: I still have a co-pay for every visit and pay for prescriptions.

In 2025, the Trump administration and GOP officials in key states have viciously targeted the voting rights of naturalized citizens with new access barriers, selective surveillance and intimidatory rhetoric — signaling that the full promises of citizenship, for many, remain unattainable.

“It was not immediately clear whether Mr. Gentile had connections to Mr. Trump or to the president’s supporters.”
David Gentile reported to prison on Nov 14 to begin a 7-yr sentence for what prosecutors described as a $1.6B scheme that defrauded thousands of victims. Trump commuted Gentile's sentence 12 days later, freeing him from prison. We still don't know exactly how much Gentile paid for his pardon or how.

DHS spent millions filming themselves terrorizing Chicago and bragging about arresting 4,000 “worst of the worst criminals.” In reality, only around 120 had any criminal history at all. When you have to lie that hard, it’s because you know the truth won’t defend you.

Over and over and over again the people who have observed RFK Jr.’s anti-vax propaganda for decades have said he will not stop until he takes away as many vaccines as he can.

And the current U.S. government is aiding and abetting him.

Creating a military conflict with Venezuela gives this administration a legal "hook" to invoke the Alien Enemies Act. In other words, the foreign war is being manufactured in order to facilitate court deference for its domestic mass deportation policy. It's a Stephen Miller Special.

Is it time to consider that the so called #Epstein files is the distraction?
There is no constitutionally legitimate scenario in which we are being de facto governed by the White House Deputy Chief of Staff using a half-dead president as his sock puppet. We went out of our way to amend the Constitution on precisely this point.
