The least charitable people I know. They're the ones who shout out to those who are begging to get a job (even if they have one). They're the ones that want to cut children off from any kind of education, food, and medical. They are the cruelest of people on the planet, and they cannot see it.

totalitarian government. They don't even see how close they have become to worshiping this government as a religion. They cannot even fathom why we see them as cultists. They lack any self-awareness and are benighted. I just wish there was hope, more so than is felt anyway.
