How could an executive order have any effect here? Aren't those limited to directing actions of members of the federal executive branch?

This is not my first rodeo with retaliatory false accusations. An "activist group" claimed I have a history of domestic abuse in the Dallas Express. I later found that Crowds on Demand had been hired by the publisher of the Dallas Express to create the group.

These records indicate that someone successfully impersonated the FBI in order to get me swatted. I was already aware this had happened but had to wait nearly a year to get the document that proves it. My reports to the Dallas Police Department about this have gone unanswered.

This is important. Food banks can bulk buy, and stretch that money further than you can. They also know what they actually need. Money is better!
I saw advice to buy extra cans of food when you’re at the grocery store to donate to the food bank.
I want to politely nudge you to give the money directly to food banks (or to mutual aid groups if you know of any).
