as a guy whos just started t & still isnt a fan of his voice yet, creating DSPR with Noa and Dutch & seeing so many people love it is kind of incredible. in #over/under my voice is now that of a cool cyberpunk broadcaster, and it turns out that that makes it a little bit harder to hate.

the fun of stratemeyer is that its actually nicer than real companies!! or at least i havent had to attend any mandatory unpaid team bonding events with them yet :P

there was a prinout for "management vs leadership" at my work the other day. like "be transformational instead of transactional". and my first thought was.
"oh this will be so helpful for getting the tone right in my Syndicate rp!!"

the worst part is that it actually has been helping #over/under

thankfully there is no way the shareholders are going to vote that in. but my character should probably stop antagonizing the most volatile faction boss on the server.... too bad its funny!!

anyways u can tell i have 0 involvement in this kinda stuff bc a day ago i was so sad that nobody was posting about over/under. theres 1.5k ppl in this server, how is nobody saying anything??

turns out nobody was posting because i was on tumblr, and nobody posts about this stuff on tumblr. oops!!!
