Whilst I am happy that Guehi hasn’t gone, I can’t help but wonder at the damage done, not least to Marc’s morale. Parish has massively fucked up here. I hope he learns. I doubt he will. I’m also not sure that any good will come from these public power games.

I guess I thought that we needed to sell Marc. It’s the model. But for that amount of money, versus a season that could further define CPFC…I’m not sure I want to see him go just yet.

Devenny got into decent space a couple of times in that half. My bigger concern would definitely be he’s not quick enough to take the pass and move it on - he’s been overwhelmed a lot, and moves have broken down when they’ve gone through him.

Never let it be forgotten that UEFA could have gone after Man City, Man Utd, RB Leipzig etc who are actually part of a multi-club ownership model. Instead, they chose to make an example of little old Crystal Palace, who are not (and never have been) part of a multi-club ownership model. 🚮
