Making the national school food program permanent ($216M in annual funding) flew under the radar of other news this past week, but it, in addition to automatic tax-filing for low-income Canadians, was an excellent & empathetic move by PM Carney. 🇨🇦 must continue w/ positive and proactive initiatives.

The u.s. has literally been threatening annexation, continues to actively try to undernine our economy and is reportedly fundi g Alberta separatists. The u.s. is literally our greatest threat. It absolutely cannot be allowed to do this, if nothing else on national security grounds.

Police are there to enforce the law, not to lobby for legislation of any kind - that’s the job of others: civilians, politicians, media, NGOs, etc.

The u.s. economy is crashing. It not quite at the "oh s**t" stage but it will get there. Think of an airliner running out of fuel at altitude. It will glide for a while before crashing but it will crash. The u.s. economy is in the glide (down) stage.
