In 2021, Justice Bellew cut convicted Islamic State recruiter Uweinat's sentence from 10 years to <4.

Released in 2023, he reconnected with former associates.

Bondi shooter Naveed Akram is Uweinat's inner circle.

Bellew is now Chair of State Parole Authority NSW.

Considering Australia is experiencing the highest rate of native species extinction in the world. Our amazing unique fauna. And extremely problematic feral cats, foxes, wild boar and other invasive species are a HUGE factor in that. Groups calling for total elimination of firearms are *NOT* helping.

Some discussions around gun laws here seem unhinged. Let's be clear. The NSW licenses for all weapons were issued in *2023* to the non-citizen father sharing house with Islamic State member son known to ASIO, in inner circle of convicted Isaac El Matari, after father and son traveled to Philippines.

Considering DIY FPV quadcopter drones in Australia do 600km/h, the ideal response to take out Bondi Beach mass shooting terrorists (in absence of NSW Police pre-positioning a TRG van based on risk assessments), would have been to call in precision airstrike from HMAS Kuttabul or Victoria Barracks.

If giving tax breaks to people to buy multiple houses was likely to push house prices down, then buying houses would be a pretty crap investment and no one would do it.

Who wants to buy an asset that government policy is going to lower the value of?

It's also time to stop using the naturopathic term "natural immunity" and replace it with "disease-acquired immunity" to emphasise all of its disadvantages.
A study on 1.7 million people in Hong Kong shows superior hybrid immunity to Covid in people who got vaccinated before infection vs. people who got infected first. "Our findings are a direct rebuttal to arguments for natural immunity," the authors write. doi.org/10.1016/j.va...

We have the technology to easily (efficiently, effectively & economically) eliminate the vast and overwhelming majority of all respiratory disease infections and their wide-ranging impacts.

But instead, the pro-disease 'hybrid immunity' lobby in 2025 are still pushing to keep more infections going.

As we’ve previously reported, respiratory aerosol pH (high pH!) is a driver of SARS-CoV-2 decay. Meaning, understanding the pH dynamics is important for estimating risk.
