❗️ Russia is already producing over 400 "Shaheds" every day, — Syrskyi

"The Russians have followed our path and created separate troops of unmanned systems, which already number 80 thousand servicemen. In the second stage, in 2026, they plan to expand them twice — to 165.500. And by 2030 — 210,000"

These guys are in the goddamn 1920s. They think that the world is composed of racial blocks and “empire” is a viable path to maintaining white supremacy.

IT FAILED.

I’m sorry. I can’t let this Miller bullshit pass.

After WWII “the West,” sometimes relatively quickly, sometimes not until the ‘70s, realized that the writing was on the wall: that they could spend vast sums in blood and treasure trying to defeat anti-colonial movements, and still lose.
Eyes wide open, folks. They're revealing the supervillain plot.

WH sources say Venezuela's opposition leader committed the "ultimate sin": She accepted the Nobel Peace prize.

“If she had turned it down and said, ‘I can’t accept it because it’s Donald Trump’s,’ she’d be the president of Venezuela today,” one said.

China is receiving a master class of warnings. First, Russia has demonstrated the weak play trap - a state incapable of achieving strategic objectives by force. Now, the US will display the dominance trap - a state can do the military opening phase so easily, it does not question if it should, or --

The members who did the "don't follow illegal orders" video absolutely need to immediately do a "hey these were the illegal orders we were talking about and participating in them can expect to face consequences to the fullest extent of the law" video
Uniformed military are involved in this shambolic behavior and they all need to be held to account

A primary goal of the discussion now on dragging dem pols to do the right thing has to be on widespread accountability and where appropriate prosecutions of significant numbers of servicemembers

You have to remember that Trump, Miller, et al are living in a fantasy world. They're high on their own supply. They think authoritarianism is an extension of the will to power - if they simply act like dictators and believe in themselves hard enough, they'll be given absolute control.
The thing you absolutely must remember about the Trump admin is that THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH GUYS. They just don't have enough! They don't have enough to do mass deportations, they don't have enough to occupy cities, they certainly don't have enough to suppress regular dissent.
to all the people shitting themselves about Trump somehow magically launching a nation-wide crackdown on American dissenters tomorrow: please do keep this in mind

Thanks to the monumentally stupid decision to invade Ukraine, Russia is even less of a great power than it was 4 years ago. If your military capacity relies on DPRK and Iran, and you've turned yourself into a dependent of China, you’re not a great power. carnegieendowment.org/russia-euras...

Trump has always worked for Russia and led an insurrection against the U.S. government.

No one can honestly say they're surprised Trump betrays his country in every sphere of life. The only thing that's surprising is how many Americans go along with it.

Usual caveats that Russia's economy isn't going to collapse tomorrow. But this highlights how they're operating beyond capacity and their aggression against Ukraine is unsustainable. The costs add up.
