Build modern housing. Build modern infrastructure. Build modern democracy. More power generation is ok, but efficiency is the game-changer. Yes it can be done in Canada.

Mac and Mo should not start against Brentford.
Midfield is a sieve. They move through unchallenged.
In that article they mention that Danes pay > 4x for a letter.

If people or businesses are so wed to home delivery, maybe we need to increase the postage rate to pay for it?
The US exports the remedies to its constant hunger for drugs to curb the void their accumalationist lives can never fill.

They pay poor people lots if yankee dollars to get them high and escape, and to take the rap and pay for their sins.
AI will decimate call centres. We are living in a world created by antisocial techies uncomfortable with human contact and looking to obliterate the need for human contact like it is the height of inconvenience.
Mac n Mo shouldn't be starting with their current form/fitness.

Inviting the opposing press to harry Ibou and Giorgi is not working.

Kerkez is an up and down WB, not an inverted aux midfielder.

Bradley or Frimpong at WB please.

Slot has been ambitious, too ambitious while bedding in newbies.

1. The history of baseball stadiums in Toronto goes back a century before the SkyDome opened.

With the Jays coming home for Game Six, I thought I'd share my old thread about it.

It begins all the way back in the 1800s with a place called the Toronto Baseball Grounds…
I've lived in very rural France. They drive reasonable cars with a hatchback when they aren't on the tractor.

They aren't driving work vehicles to town.
US automakers cater to the US that has sprawling suburbs and also is more rural than Cda.

Cda is more urban and the type of vehicle needed in Cdn cities is different than Texas or Georgia.
So does France.

Mind you, the Cdn Credit Unions offer small town branches where banks no longer offer service.
And Fix It Again Tonys are out after ditching Brampton.

Dear Europe, especially Germany,

Stop obsessing over what Trump will or won’t do. Hoping & praying America will step up so we don’t have to is dangerously stupid.

Step up yourself, destroy Russia’s war economy, & give Ukraine what they need to win.

Europe must defend Europe.

Eventually US businesses will be passing the tariff to customers snd when they do, this love by IKEA will give them licence to tell people why they are paying more.
IKEA says it is raising its prices due to Trump's furniture tariffs, per Reuters.
The EU needs to mature into something that can prevent Orban's BS. He is not just tipping off his people, but Europe as well.

Of the EU can be threatened by a nation leaving with a 50%+1 vote, it should be able to sanction and remove a member with 2/3 vote as well.
Trump and the UAW wants to destroy our automobile industry. Let's open it up to others who buy Cdn inputs or hire Canadian workers. Extend the auto pact to the rest of the world.
Move beyond US standards to allow more European and Asian car models in Canada? Yes please!

However, “there are fears that this would increase tensions with the United States, as American automakers would be disadvantaged by a more open Canadian market that gives more options to buyers”.
Volkswagen Canada is Open to Bringing More European Models to Canada if Ottawa allows it - Motor Illustrated
Trade tensions with the United States have led to a push for Transport Canada to review its vehicle safety standards. This could allow automakers to import more models certified for sale in Europe, Ja...

This. And extend the auto pact arrangement to other car makers who want to sell their models in Canada. To sell some models you gotta make some here.

Renault used to sell cars in Canada. I had an R5. Best car I've ever had for winter driving. It was stupidly calked ´LeCar' but it was a rally racer
And insulin's creators in Toronto gave their discovery to the world for 0$.
Agree. Trump is no friend of farmers. And his friends are buying up land...

He also hates Cdn farmers with their marketing boards, quotas and managed production that protect smaller farmers. He's focused on destroying that model in negotiations with Canada.

He is no friend of farmers.
Waking up in a North American winter and having coffee while watching footy being played on green grass by players in shorts is so therapeutic.

Neither a colonial tie to Britain nor the monarchy has protected Canada. What has protected Canada is solidarity, our ongoing social choice to have a highly educated populace, who we elected and the actions we support. Being a republic or not has no bearing on whatever lawlessness the US gets up to.
Boycott the dealerships of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Fiat. Turn them into ghost towns.
Nationalization of the actual rails is needed.

Then maintain the tracks to allow the higher speeds of passenger trains.

Then prioritize passenger trains during the day and freight at night.
