I think we as a society should never ever let Zuckerberg forget this enormous blunder. He fell for it. He jumped on the fourth big bandwagon: like the dotcom bubble, cryptocurrency, and NFTs before it, the metaverse was just big tech failing to invent anything meaningful.
Mark Zuckerberg’s gamble on the "Metaverse" has lost his company more than $77 billion.

All of the companies that make the software I use are increasing their prices, to account for an "investment" in AI.
