Pizza and ice cream once may be an entire year's planned discretionary budget for a team, they do NOT value them enough to provide common comfort. If their doing this? Their not just scared, their TERRIFIED.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

My prior self was not really that, it was a framework I'd thrown a sheet over, fashioned from scrap iron and broken glass that like a shattered mirror only reflected the emotions of the people around me.
It is buried now. The iron reused as rebar for the foundation, glass powdered within cement.
