Just found out D'Angelo passed away. My heart breaks for their son, Michael. He lost both of his parents over the course of 7 months. 💔🙏🏽I can't imagine that level of pain and trauma .

I think she is unhoused with some mental health issues. I saw her when she walked in and she wasn't wearing the shirt. Someone gave her the shirt. She came to me in the hall to chat and it was evident that she was unwell.

Great point! We started the pre budget comment period a few yrs back so we could hear from folks earlier in the process & give an extra shot to be heard. It gives the mayor the chance to put some of that stuff in their budget & CMs to work on stuff that we anticipate hearing about. It's not required
