Falafel Stuffed Peppers with Feta on Couscous. #Wednesday

Half a yellow pepper and half a red pepper stuffed with falafel and things, topped with feta. On couscous. Chopped Italian parsley as garnish.
A snap dinner—roast chicken, rice, and salad. Throw in an extra fried egg for a simple, quick, and delicious trio. Just improvise—whatever's in the fridge works. That's the essence of home cooking, right?

Crispy Tonkatsu "chippies" n rice~To reheat the tonkatsu from the other night, I sliced it up into thin slices and shallow-fried it on the non-breaded sides. It turns out that it's awesome served on rice w/ a creamy sesame sauce! and who else loves this flavor combo?😉 🍹 #BBQmunity
