I think they must mean they paused to reload the guns and gas chambers ("cease fire"), "exchanged prisoners" by swapping them out in the ovens, and "provided aid" by giving concentration camp prisoners soup made of rotted vegetables.

Pretty much the same thing, if you ask me!

What is their deal? Our kids, family, friends - everyone has been living life normally since late 2022 after having been vaccinated and boosted. I don't know a single person at this point that still masks or worries about covid any more than the flu. Why act like this?
