The betrothed Portland couple said they decided to get hitched on site to bring some joy and fun to a dark time.

A couple years ago someone told me about their job at a law office that represented folks working toward citizenship. The process takes YEARS and, yes, it's hellishly expensive, especially for someone in an entry level service job.

A few days ago NBC showed a zoomed in image of an altercation and I was like, fuck you, NBC. Zoom out and show the folks in costumes and line dancing and how things are mostly pretty darned chill on that ONE block in front of that ONE building and traffic continues to flow there as it always has.

The thing about what is happening now out of Portland is so much is not real!

People who are pretending to be journalists on social media are starting from a political position and then gathering short clips to try and push the government's message.

Right-wing influencers shape nation and Trump’s understanding of Portland protests

Social media personalities, conservative media outlets and the Trump administration itself are blending online content to serve the administration’s policies.
