Don't get me wrong, I have no real issues with people who partake in religions.
But it's kind of dystopian to be praying thanks to God for your McDonald's meal in public.

I think it's interesting to point out that FDR was very anti-billionaires, and what people don't like to admit is that going into the '50s and '60s, the tax rate on the upper class was insane.
We had nuclear families because houses were subsidized and super cheap.

I remember learning the reason most movies are quiet is because they understand how audio dynamic range works.
Ideally, you should set your conversations to a realistic level, and then, yes, the explosions should be that loud.
Unfortunately people live in apartments. :)

I do want to mention: Despite the teacher problem still existing when I was a kid, many of the teachers in my elementary school *did* care. They just didn't have enough bandwidth/resources to do what they needed to do.
I talked to social workers many times. They knew I was special.

Ask why we are getting KOSA, but we still don't have many of the basic consumer and citizen protections that the EU offers.
What would've changed my life:
