“Defense team presses Lairmore” is a panini just waiting to happen…
The defense team presses Lairmore on whether the sandwich really 'exploded.' They return to the photo of the sandwich and wrapper on the ground.

"That sandwich hasn't exploded at all, has it?" defense asks.

"It looks like a little bit is coming out towards the bottom," Lairmore replies.

My assumption is that the New York Post has better sources inside Heritage than most other press outlets. One tidbit of note: Princeton's Robert P. George, a Heritage trustee, is said to be pushing fellow board members to oust its president Kevin Roberts. Hope he succeeds.

If your newspaper is giving Donald Trump softer headlines and gauzier coverage than People Magazine, that should be a bit of a wake up call.
someone invited people magazine to the kitchen and they brought their own knives
I knew Sen. Thomas Eagleton. Sen. Thomas Eagleton was a friend of mine. And this “definition” of the War Powers Resolution is not the one Eagleton helped write into law.
Trump admin's apparent theory that if US forces aren't in harm's way then there are no "hostilities" for WPR purposes creates a huge hole in the law given the nature of how US uses military force.

And a further power grab by the executive w/r/t Congress's control over the use of military force. 4/n
But by the same token, maybe Wikipedia should make it easier for subjects of articles to update their own photos?
Curious… did he get official press pass from NYFF? Looks like it from the angles. Cool! Every film fest should give credentials to Wikipedia (yo, Sundance??) In Wikipedia fight against AI, festivals and actors are natural allies.
…but odd that they didn’t get a van with a ramp (for wheelchair access). Most commercial vans come with ramps anyway.
Trump builds “gender-neutral” bathroom for himself!??! No urinal!!! What’s he hiding?? Glad to see he knows there will be a lady President next!
Full disclosure- Jeanne Kirkpatrick- once a prominent Heritage Foundation voice - almost ran me over in a DuPont Circle alley. She just glared at this casual pedestrian who dared cross her path. No remorse. I wasn’t a fan before and definitely not after.
1. A watershed moment.

The President of the Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action, Kevin Roberts , has announced that the organization is standing by Tucker Carlson in the aftermath of Tucker’s interview with neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes.

This isn’t Kevin bending his knee to Trump…this is something new
Pretty sure if you mention “globalist class” and “antisemitism” in the same sentence, that’s not a very deeply coded message.
Wow! I wonder if anyone in film trades writing obituaries on Baker & Taylor - which used to be massive distributor of VHS & DVDs?
Nice! But I wonder if searches for “The Last Republican” take folks to our Martin Eisenstadt book… www.amazon.com/Martin-Eisen...

Today in 1969, President Nixon’s secret global nuclear alert escalated when the Strategic Air Command initiated GIANT LANCE, a nuclear show of force that involved flying 18 nuclear-armed B-52s from March AFB, California, and Fairchild AFB, Washington State, to Eielson AFB, Alaska, and from there …
Thanks for these links!!!
It would also appear that most of these men are named Ryan. Or at least they all look like A Ryan to me.
The hair parts on the right 58% of the pictures - statistically anomalous to real life American men which is only 20%. Who had a right part? Hitler. Just sayin.’ (And no, that’s not the only statistical anomaly I can spot.)
There seems to be a certain pattern forming…
I made an image of all the art posted by US DOL on X since approximately Labor Day

Why did Indiana University attack and cut its own student newspaper?

Well, in a twist of irony any English professor would call clichéd, it turns out IU did it because they were angry about the students' reporting on a FIRE report naming IU as the worst public university for free speech in the US.

Well, THIS sucks. I have tickets for One Battle After Another for tomorrow and now I don't know if I should go!
Deepest condolences to your friends and family. I hope they at least invite you to the shiva.
In response to Trump’s renovation of the White House, Aaron Sorkin reportedly upset that all future syndication of his hit show “The West Wing” will be renamed simply “The Wing.”
