The issue with democrats is the same issue with labour, which is that Reagan and Thatcher, despite being dead and in hell, haven’t lost an election in 40 years.
Guarantee if a Democrat presidential candidate had the balls to lean left they would SWEEP
What went wrong is that they began to become indistinguishable from Republicans and instead of distancing themselves from them they decided to double down on that stupidity, losing their voter base and not gaining any ground with Republican voters who will always vote Republican
