Superman is sitting half undressed while Batman as Bruce Wayne is walking behind him in a housecoat, and drinking something. Bruce says, "You know the feds will turn on you as soon as the war is over." Clark replies, "The possibility HAS crossed my mind already, believe it or not."

Superman pats Bruce Wayne's cheek and says "Good boy, I knew I could count on you!" while Bruce looks lost for words. The drawing is labeled as being dialogue taken straight from the Superman Radio Adventures episode "Super Sleuth," from 1946.

Tim: Bruce fights people on rooftops all the time, those people could easily choose to take an action that leads to them falling off the rooftop but Bruce doesn't prevent them from taking any action therefore it's okay for me to do the same. It's not my fault he chose to break the pipe carrying acid

Tim: I know Bruce counts not saving someone when you could as killing them but what if in the moment they died I was unable to save them because of actions they took earlier that I didn't stop even though I could because I believe in their free will to not take the action that led to their death?

Bruce knows its going to be a bad night when he asks Tim if he killed anyone and Tim pauses, clearly comparing what happened against some internal list, then says 'no I didn't kill anyone. Their death was entirely accidental" And Bruce just doesn't want to know.
