It would if those people did something in the streets besides have a parade and pat each other on the back. A protest needs to have 2 things: 1. It needs a specific objective. Like a call for resignation, impeachment, end ICE, etc. 2. It needs to be disruptive like boycott, strike, impede feds, etc.

Police escalated the situation here in Broadview incredibly quickly. Saw multiple brutal arrests. ISP jabbing protesters with their batons like battering rams.
