Morning. Overslept so no cardio today. Back pain was intense yesterday. So tired.

Good news I only work 1/2 day tomorrow and I’m off Thursday. Yay!!!

Forgot to start my fucking watch but I did it. I’m not happy about it. But I did it. Didn’t go too hard today but whatever.

Where are the post-exercise hormones that are supposed to make you happy? Why don’t I ever get those? Exercise would be easier if I felt better after I do it.

I have planned my meals for the next 4 days and portioned my dinners out so I can reheat them quickly after work.

I’m going to bed now at 7:30P because I’m going to try getting up at the ass crack of dawn to do cardio before work.

Exactly! I want her to spend the money she would spend on a funeral on something fun and remember me while she does it. I feel like that’s a more fitting celebration of my life.

pre-cooked/packaged food is better than skipping meals or grabbing fast food that is harder to track.

I really want to be in the low 210s or 200s by my trip to Disney for The Kid’s 30th.

Work is gonna be what it is and I need to stop letting that derail me.
