The Liberals work with every seat in the HOC, so I don't know where you are going? What #FACTS do you have? PMMC has to work with every Provincial Premier too, diplomatically. Everything is voted on in the HOC, unlike the Provinces. PMMC is putting regulations for the Provinces including budgets

Send emails!! I do all the time, asking for strings attached to federal transfer funds. I read somewhere that the provinces are suppose to give budgets
