I’ll be honest..when I voted in the last federal election I voted for the Liberal candidate in my riding not because I knew exactly what they would do, but because I knew Mark Carney was a world class intellectual leader who I thought would likely lead us in the right direction. I was right.
Canada isn’t perfect and we certainly don’t all agree with each other, but our government doesn’t shoot citizens in the face for disagreeing with them. So there’s that. And that seems pretty important.
