Es gibt einen neuen hasbara talking point: er beruht darauf, das alle schon vergessen haben das die "weiblichen Geiseln" schon Ende 2023 freigelassen wurden. Wer ist überrascht zu sehen das eine derjenigen die dieses narrativ ins deutsche pusht, eine Tagesspiegel Kolumnistin ist?

Empathie gibt es nur für "wertvolle Menschen", nämlich Israelis. Die anderen Toten sind nur tragisch und deren Ermordung "kompliziert".

In der Ausstellung wird auch gezeigt, dass Überlebende Sporttherapie bekommen, dass für sie Benefizkonzerte veranstaltet werden. Die Darstellung der Folgen der Angriffe des 7. Oktober beschränkt sich allerdings allein auf sie. Gab es sonst keine Folgen der Massaker, über die nachzudenken wäre? Immerhin werden mit den Verbrechen der Hamas-Angreifer seither ungezählte israelische Kriegsverbrechen, die Tötung von mindestens 70 000 Palästinenser*innen und Verletzung und Verstümmelung von mindestens 130 000 weiteren gerechtfertigt.

Es ist offensichtlich dass so eine menschlich-emotionale Berichterstattung Israelis vorbehalten ist. Palästinenser sind maximal Zahlen, wenn überhaupt über sie berichtet wird.

Aber sich dann wieder dummstellen wenn Demonstrierende nicht gut auf Journalisten zu sprechen sind

If you've never been to Gaza, you won't appreciate what the yellow line means. Basically Israel now holds most of Gaza's small but important agricultural land. Continued Israeli occupation, which I judge the likely outcome, makes Gaza even more unliveable and more dependent on outside goods.
