Back after an almost 9 month hiatus. The end of 2024 was just... overwhelming, and by December, I just couldn't take the constant onslaught. Not that it's gotten better, but I missed interacting with fellow Trekkies, so here I am!

I've had Farscape on in the background lately through some of the live stream apps, and I'm realizing that some of these stories from Space 1999 have a similar weirdness and imagination. Maybe because they're both non-US shows

For another #Lego ship, this time one I built based on a design I saw on one of the MOC sites several years ago. This one has 5 sections and has a swing wing feature where the wings can move forward for a more compact profile

Mostly blue and white spaceship with wide wings at the rear. Two small fighters attach to the wings

For the 14th day of #Halloween movies, it's another guilty pleasure, Van Helsing. Hugh Jackman is just one of those actors who's fun in anything. I loved Richard Roxburgh's Dracula, always chewing up the scenery like it's an artery. Not a great movie, but still a lot of fun.

My go to destress when I'm working during the day is to watch the live cam of the otters at the Monterey Bay Aquarium or the ones at the Vancouver aquarium.

I was in high school when this one came out, so in my "dark ages," as they say 🤣 It wasn't until later that I started collecting these vintage ones. My favorite trans colors are the neons, as they tend to glow really bright under blue lights

Here's another modular #Lego ship design from Space Police II (1992), the Galactic Mediator. This one features three sections, with the front and rear being able to be combined to form a smaller ship with the middle section left as a lab or HQ. This comes with the Chief of Space Police
