SO I have had an uptick in followers on here, & I want to make a formal intro. So, hi! I am Calix/Callixta King. I'm an activist, poet, & artist from the Midwest.

And on this acct we:
Support BIPOC voices
Are pro indigenous Reparations
Honor queer lives
Value immigrants
And protect trans folk

We are looking at going there as well as Offkey and Westport Flea Market. Those places have always been accepting. We are looking at other places as well. But 10/10 Miss B's does pass the vibe check 💞

During a time when drag is being demonized, we need these spaces to stand WITH these artists, not cast them aside. We need to send a message loud and clear: we stand in UNITY

For the queer community in the KC area:
Gaels, a gay bar, has decided to cut ties with the Drag Community and no longer do drag shows, even though that community gave them so much business and promoted them. Me and my own are choosing to boycott indefinitely, or until this decision changes.

2/2 It sucks when your heroes that you admired let you down. It sucks when singers you genuinely think are good artists & people turn out to be...not that. I'm honestly sorry that some of you are losing a comfort singer/hero, because that is an awful goddamn feeling.

So. I am seeing a lot of Swifties (some becoming former Swifties) crashing over the new album. Saying that it's "out of touch", "childish", and "I'm beginning to see who she is and I don't like it". These are all actual quotes. And all I have to really say as someone who NEVER liked her... 1/2

So good news, it worked.
BAD NEWS. The app makes my iPad crash, and the videos look like Garbage. I don't know WTF happened with this fucking app, but my captions and videos ratio is all wonky now.

I might just upload everything to YouTube shorts at this point, because this app is garbage

BREAKING:

The Supreme Court just rejected Ghislaine Maxwell’s appeal of her criminal conviction for recruiting and grooming teenage girls for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein.

The decision means that her conviction and 20-year criminal sentence remain in place.
