My point was that I'd been writing letters and tweeting and posting and calling electeds urging them to pressure Hamas' allies and now the WSJ reports that worked. It should have happened long ago. All the living hostages are free and so far 8 of the deceased.

The whole Trump admin is so corrupt. The billions involved are staggering. They've done one good thing - implemented Biden's plan and secured the release of most of the hostages. It's Hamas that has violated the ceasefire by not returning ALL the hostages and trying to cross the agreed upon line.

Could you have chosen a more anti-Israel source to quote?
Hamas violated the ceasefire by not returning ALL the hostages and trying to cross the agreed upon line. Those that were just shot by the IDF were warned but continued their approach.

It sickens me that the Guardian headline is "Locked up for 24yrs" without mentioning -
Those traded for hostages include members of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Fatah, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), all responsible for dozens of deadly attacks.

24 Families still do not have closure.

Although we celebrate the arrival of the living hostages, we cannot turn our back on the remaining kidnapped who also deserve to be come home.

Their families deserve closure.
